天僖生技股份有限公司 (hereinafter “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the official Ultra Fresh Shrimp Delight website (hereinafter the “Website”). We value your privacy and have established this Privacy Policy in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Taiwan (R.O.C.) and other applicable laws and regulations to explain what data the Website collects, how that data is used, and the rights you may exercise.
1. Data We Collect
(1) Data you enter in forms: When you use the “Contact Us” form, we collect your name, email address, subject and message. When you use the dealer / partnership inquiry form, we collect your company name, country or region, contact person's name, email address, telephone number, business type, the brands you currently carry and your message. If you do not provide the information in fields marked as required, we will be unable to respond to your inquiry.
(2) Data automatically recorded when you submit a form: In order to respond to inquiries, maintain the security of the Website and prevent abuse, we also record the time of submission, the language version of the Website you were viewing, your IP address, and your browser and device information.
(3) Advertising source data: Only if you select “Accept all” in the cookie banner will the Website temporarily store, during your visit, the advertisement or website through which you arrived at the Website (for example, advertising campaign codes, ad click IDs, the landing page and the domain of the referring website), and save this data together with any form you submit, in order to understand which advertisements and channels generate inquiries. If you withdraw your consent, this temporarily stored data is deleted immediately.
2. Cookies and Analytics Tools
The Website uses essential cookies and browser storage to remember your cookie choice (retained for 180 days) and settings required for the Website to function, such as your language.
On your first visit, you may select “Essential only”, “Analytics only” or “Accept all” in the cookie banner, and you may change your choice at any time by clicking “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Only after you select “Analytics only” or “Accept all” will the Website load analytics tools such as Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to compile browsing statistics and improve the Website; if you select “Accept all”, advertising performance measurement tools from Google, Meta (Facebook) and others will also be enabled. The events the Website sends to analytics tools (for example, clicks on purchase links, store and dealer location searches, and form submissions) do not contain personal data such as your name or email address.
3. Purposes of Use
Your data is used only to respond to your inquiries, evaluate dealer partnerships and communicate with you about them, provide product and service information, perform statistical analysis to improve the Website, and measure marketing performance (only to the extent you have consented). The specific purposes under the Personal Data Protection Act include: 040 Marketing; 090 Consumer and customer management and services; 157 Surveys, statistics and research analysis. We will not sell, rent or provide your personal data to any third party for that third party's marketing purposes.
4. Outsourced Processing and International Transfers
To provide the Website's services, we engage the following service providers to process data, and as a result your data may be stored or processed outside Taiwan (R.O.C.) (for example, in the United States): website hosting and databases (Vercel, Neon); image and video storage (Vercel); email delivery (Resend); verification and rate limiting to prevent abuse by bots (Cloudflare Turnstile, Upstash, which receive your IP address when you submit a form); and website analytics and advertising performance tools (Google, Meta, enabled only with your consent).
Our staff may use AI tools (for example, Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's ChatGPT) to help read inquiries and draft replies; all replies are reviewed by our staff before they are sent. The service providers listed above may process data only in accordance with our instructions.
5. Embedded Third-Party Content
Google Maps on the store and dealer locator page, and YouTube or Facebook videos or posts in some articles, are provided directly by the respective services; when you view such content, those services may record your browsing information or set cookies in accordance with their own privacy policies.
6. Retention Period
Form data is retained for up to five years from the most recent contact, or is deleted once the purpose of use no longer exists; IP address counts used to prevent abuse are retained for approximately 10 minutes; data in analytics and advertising tools is handled in accordance with the retention settings of each tool.
7. Your Rights
Pursuant to Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you may, with respect to your personal data, request that we allow you to inquire into or review it, provide you with copies of it, supplement or correct it, cease collecting, processing or using it, and delete it. 8. Data Security
All data transmitted on the Website is encrypted using HTTPS; the back office is protected by account and role-based access controls, only authorized personnel may access form data, and important operations are logged.
9. External Links
The Website contains links to shopping platforms such as Shopee, momo, PChome and Amazon, as well as to social media websites. These websites have their own privacy policies, and this Policy does not apply to them.
10. Amendments to This Policy
We may amend this Policy at any time and will publish the amended Policy on the Website; amendments take effect upon publication.
